Frame the ostomy skin barrier with this very thin and flexible barrier to increase wear time. Made of a hydrocolloid formulation and when in use it will reduce lifting of the skin barrier edge and increase the adhesive coverage area.  For people who do not use an barrier with a tape border or just like a little more security, the Adapt Barrier Extenders are a great addition to Hollister's ostomy line.  Does not contain latex.

Ostomy skin barriers are expensive as it is and if you aren't getting 5-7 days wear time it can be costly.  Hollister's "barrier extenders" will do just that, extend the life of your skin barriers.  They are placed around the perimeter edge of your skin barrier and will reduce the edge roll up and absorb any leaks.  Made of hydrocolloid skin adhesive material. Each barrier extender measures 5.5 in length by 3 inches wide (C-shape).
