I used these clips years ago when I was wearing pouches requiring clamps. I have recently changed to Hollister two piece units that need closure clips. These NuHope clips, , as opposed to Hollister's butterfly clips, are completely reliable. In the past, I never had a NuHope brand open up during use, dumping feces into my lap as I did several times with Hollister's brand.
