Payment Options

Payment can be made with a check, money order, VISA and MasterCard. Payment must be received before we can ship your order. Checks and money orders should be sent to the address above.

Shipping

Orders are shipped in plain packaging by UPS or U.S. Post Office. Orders less than $100 USD have a $6.55 shipping charge within the continental U.S. Orders exceeding $100 USD will have free shipping to destinations within the continental U.S.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands will ship via USPS Priority. 2^nd Day and Next Day service via UPS is available at additional charges and you must call us 1-800-453-8898 to arrange for this option.

UPS service Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Third Day Air are available at additional charges and must be arranged by calling 1-800-453-8898.

USPS Express Service (overnight) is also available at additional charge.

International orders will ship as soon as payment has been received and will go by the carrier of choice of Parthenon. Cost is based upon the weight and destination of the package. Please contact us to obtain a shipping rate.

Returns

If you receive a product in error, we will quickly replace it. Please call before returning an item to alert our receiving department. Claims for shortages will be honored only when communicated to Parthenon within three days of receipt. Returns for resalable products or incorrect shipments will be exchanged for a full credit issued if: 1) The item is returned within 30 days of original shipment date and 2) The item is unopened/un-used.

Medicare

Parthenon does not take assignment. We will complete all the paper work for filing Medicare claims for your orders. Following that, Medicare will reimburse you, the patient, directly within 6 weeks approximately. We must have your complete name, Medicare number, date of birth, physician’s UPIN number, physician’s name, physician’s address and phone number and a letter of medical necessity.
