Eakin Cohesive SLIMS, 2 inches diameter and 1/8 inches thick, 10 per box
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the release paper from both sides. Mold, roll, stretch , or compress the Cohesive SLIMS to any desired shape to fit around the stoma.
2. Position the Cohesive SLIMS on the body and carefully mold it to ensure a snug fit around the stoma. No skin directly around the stoma should be exposed.
3. Place the one or two piece ostomy pouch system over the Cohesvie SLIMS and hold in place with gentle pressure until securely attached.

Because the Cohesive SLIMS are thinner, they leave less residue on removal making them ideal for frequent ostomy pouch changing and everyday protection.
