How to insert the liner
1. With a pin, create 1 or 2 holes in the “shoulders” of the liner, to allow gas to escape the liner.
2. With dry hands, insert the liner into the pouch opening.
3. Spread open the liner within the pouch by inserting two fingers into the liner opening, and spread the liner out.
4. Position the opening of the liner over the pouch ring, with about 1” of liner remaining outside the pouch.
5. Blow into the liner to open it up, and smooth out any wrinkles around the pouch ring.
6. Attach the pouch with the liner inserted onto the flange / wafer. The exposed portion of the liner should be sandwiched between the flange / wafer and the pouch.
How to remove the liner
1. Pull the liner slightly, but not completely out of the pouch.
2. Grab one corner of the liner and pull it out. The rest of the liner should easily come out now.
3. Flush the liner and its contents down the toilet.

Better than sliced bread!
To a person with an ostomy, this pouch liner is better than sliced bread. It is so simple, yet so convenient. Perfect for traveling, work, or just lounging around the house. If you have not tried them, I strongly suggest that you do. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised!

I can’t tell you how easy these liners have made my life. I am a teacher and these liners allow me to flush change and go! And if you don’t know teachers don’t have a lot of bathroom breaks or time! Love love this product!!! Thank you! And shipping-arrival time is on the money.

Excellent for colostimies
These liners have made such a difference in my life. The liners have freed me up to a point that having a colostomy is so much easier to maintain. They are priceless. Have been using for years.

These make emptying so much cleaner.
These are amazing if you use a 2 peice. Bags last longer, emptying is clean. I have been using these for over a year and love them. The other brand is almost twice the cost. I will continue to purchase these.

Game changer - indispensable
I have only had a colostomy for little over a year. I tried different ways to keep things clean (frequent emptying, flushing with water, etc.) and none were great and very time consuming. i started to get really depressed over the whole thing, then I tried the liners. When you get your routine down, it takes only minutes to remove the old liner, squirt deodorizer/lubricant in the new one and insert. Important - before you insert new one in bag, fold liner outward and flat at the neck and start applying liquid a little below the fold and down. Don't put it above the fold/neck.) You can smush it around a bit to distribute the liquid throughout the liner. Insert the liner. If you give it a gentle, downward snap (like a sheet), any bunching in the liner will flatten out and the liner bottom will be at the bag's bottom. Make sure there's still a circle of the insert outside the rim. When attaching, hook the bottom curve of the bag along the bottom curve of the wafer (liner in between) then apply inward pressure on the bag rim along the inner sides and up to the top until secure. Make sure you can see or feel the top of the liner between the bag and wafer. Done. Writing this took longer than it takes to do once you've had a little practice. Luckily I haven't had any trouble burping the bag. I stopped poking the holes in the liners; sometimes it leaked through a tiny bit. Easier just to let the air out. I've changed it in restaurants and airports with no fuss. Before I worried constantly and now I hardly think about it. Indispensable. Almost finished the first box, ordered five more.

Does not work if u have gas
Great idea, but I have gas that makes my bag balloon usually I can burp my bag but with this bag burping is not possible.

Liners - Heaven sent
The liners helped me make a difficult decision. I was scheduled for surgery for re-connection. My Dr was against doing the surgery but I insisted because I didn't think I could like with this pouch. After using the liners, I'm OK with the pouch and have decided not to have the upcoming surgery. Thank you for a great product.
