I have has an ileostomy for 45 years. I have extreme “short bowel syndrome.” I have used the oral Devrom tablet for years, successfully. However, 5 years ago I had more removal of intestines and other organs, leaving me with only about 10 feet of intestine and half a stomach, so have a very liquid output. It has created horrific eating and digestive issues as well as uncontrollable odor output. It kept me from doing things where I would have to use public , or even family, bathrooms. I tried a multitude of items that were suppose to help control my problem, but without success. So I searched your website for solutions and was led to Devko, the charcoal drop-in tablet. I have now been using it about 4 months and have had wonderful success. Very effective, particularly with liquid output. We rely on this product and prefer these tablets to anything taken internally.

Product did work for me. Tablets didn’t dissolve fully, I have extreme problems with foul odor, never found anything that works but one product that helps some. Would have been great for outings just to take the tables in my purse. I put up to 4 in my pouch at one time with no difference in odor control

Love this product, I had an ileostomy 7/17 & quickly learned that I had to do something about the ODOR!! This product is the best. Believe me I think I have tried them all! Be sure to carry a few with you.

Received my tabs two (2) days ago and as my output is not to fluid I snap the tabs in half prior to insertion. I can honestly say that they really help control odor.
