Most ostomy seals are composed of hydrocolloid which absorbs moisture and swells around the stoma.  Trio Healthcare SIlvex convex ostomy seals do not absorb moisture or body waste and provide a better fit when mild convexity is required. They stretch and conform to the stoma without the swelling we see in hydrocolloid rings.
