What if I placed an order but need to add/remove a product?
Just call or e-mail us as soon as possible and we will adjust the order as needed. We will not be able to adjust the order once it has shipped.
What if I need to change the shipping address for the order I placed?
You can call or e-mail us to provide a different shipping address. Please notify us as soon as possible (preferrably by telephone 1-800-453-8898). We will make every effort to change the ship address if possible.
The ostomy appliance I received is defective. What do I do?
Call the manufacturer and be ready to provide the Lot# and other information for the product. They will likely replace any defective product.
Where is my package?
If you have not received any notification about when your package will be received, just email or call us and we can provide that to you. Ground shipments can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the shipping location. In some cases an item will be on a back order from the manufacturer and it is likely the item will not ship in our standard time of 5-7 business days. If it is an item we do not have in stock it may take 2-3 business days for us to obtain before shipping. Please take this into consideration.
How do I get my order as fast as possible?
We can ship you products overnight by FedEx, UPS or the USPS. Please note that there are shipping charges and the costs depends on the weight, value, and destination of the package.

Payment can be made with a check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. Payment must be received before we can ship your order. Checks and money orders should be sent to the address: 3311 West 2400 South, Salt Lake City, UTAH 84119.
All orders consisting of “nutritional products” placed within Utah, residents will be assessed the current sales tax charge.
Parthenon does not take assignment. We will complete all the paper work for filing Medicare claims for your orders. Following that, Medicare will reimburse you, the patient, directly within 6 weeks approximately. We must have your complete name, Medicare number, date of birth, physician’s UPIN number, physician’s name, physician’s address and phone number and a letter of medical necessity.
