A lightweight, flexible, one-piece system, ActiveLife® combines the skin barrier and the pouch into one simple, easy-to-manage system. Pouch allows for draining.
If the skin around your stoma is uneven from scars, crevices, or indentations, you can use ConvaTec's Stomahesive Paste 183910.  Also, to provide added protection to the peristomal skin from output, you can try their Eakin Cohesive Seals 839002.

    I have used this appliance for many years and find it fits me quite well. It molds to the body well and is secure after only a few minutes. The seal is very compatible to my chemistry and so I rarely have any skin problems. I wear my appliances for 7 to 10 days depending on my activity and food choices. I would recommend it to anyone. By the way, I have had my ileostomy for 50 years so I've used many appliances in my lifetime.
