The Nu-Comfort ostomy support belt is two inches wide with a rigid belt ring to apply pressure on your ostomy appliance. Built by Nu-Hope Laboratories, the Nu-Comfort belt is small enough to be discreet and offers benefits of much wider support belts.

How to determine the belt hole opening. Take your flange size (2-1/4" +1/2" = 2-3/4" which would give you an A Opening)

Ostomy belt

I love this belt it's wide enough not to dig in my skin. Most of the time I don't know I have it on. I highly recommend.

Belt was not as stretchy as described. Would love to be able to get this belt a size bigger. Love the idea. Larger people need these belts to.

Nu-Hope Gave me my freedom back!

This belt gave me my freedom back because the only belt I had available was one inch wide and did not prevent my appliance from breaking loose. The Nu Hope's 2 inch wide support belt was such a breath of fresh air. I still have accidents from time to time but on many occasions, I get up to 7 days before I need to change the appliance.

This belt has been a godsend. My husband has tried both fabric options and he prefers the Cool Comfort version, but both work really well to support and hold his ostomy systems firmly in place day and night, with no more leakage problems.

I have the coolplast Mio convex bag. i have a large hernia and wear a large belt during the day. At night I would use the belt that clipped onto the pouch, but it was to narrow and would cut in. This belt is nice and wide. Love it.

Nu-Hope so happy I found you ostomy belt system

The belt with it's wider construction and the ring that puts equal pressure on my convatec pouch system works as advertised. I spent 6 months trying new system's with zero luck. I was getting leakage and had to change it sometimes twice a day, I was desparate... Thank God For New- Hope!

Needs More Flexibility

I had high hopes for this belt, but found myself disappointed with it. The belts and the attached velcro are great; my beef is with ridged stiffness of the flange. I have a hernia under my stoma - like lots of others - and if the plastic of the flange would bend more easily it would be far better (for me, anyway).

Just what I was looking for. The support needed, comfort you have to have Comfortable enough to wear day & night. Peace of mind if you can't take care of yourself when you want the belt helps support. I have a number of them, would recommend them highly. Only downside, price, in the long run, worth it.
